I headed up to Milwaukee last weekend for Jacklyn and Joe's wedding. What a fun group of people! The wedding party was a blast to work with at the art museum for portraits.


I was greeted by Jacklyn's fabulous dress hanging from the chandelier.


The girls arrived at the ceremony on a horse-drawn carriage. So classic!

Amorie and Rob's engagement

I had a blast with Amorie and Rob for their engagement session yesterday. What a fun couple! We played in Millenium Park in the blazing hot sun for the afternoon.

Amy and Jeff's engagement

I'll be working with Johnny Borter at the end of the month on Amy and Jeff's wedding, and we did their engagement portrait a couple weeks back. What a fun couple! I'm really looking forward to their wedding.

Right before Christmas, my friend Jake inquired about "giving the gift of Emily"; he wanted to do a portrait session of his little nephew for his brother and sister-in-law. Noah's parents opted for a six-month portrait, so we headed out to Aurora to their house a couple weeks ago. He was a bit cranky for part of the day, but once he got his second (and third and fourth) winds, he was all smiles!

Nature in Woodstock

After Magda and Joe's wedding in Poughkeepsie last month I spent some time with my aunt and uncle in Woodstock, NY. It was so nice to explore in the woods by their house.

Another fantastic wedding with Kelly Cubbin! We were at the beautiful Meson Sabika in Naperville all day.


Natalie's veil was borrowed from a close friend of hers for the day. Beautiful!
