Unicycle fun

At our family gathering in Maine in July, my brother brought along his unicycle. Along with exercising, he attempted to teach us all how to ride. We all failed miserably of course (definitely not something you can learn in an afternoon), but it was fun trying!

This summer has been insane for me, and I'm just now getting to some photos I did of my own family back in July!! I had never done a portrait session of my parents (yes, I'm a bad photographer daughter), so I fixed that!

Denise and Mike's wedding

I had such fun with the friends and families of Denise and Mike for their wonderful day. The reception was held at one of my favorite venues: the Danada House in Wheaton.

Spent a bit of time with the fun guys in the afternoon. It was quite hot and muggy, so I appreciated their tolerance of being outside!

I had a great time wandering around downtown Chicago with Jen and Corey over the weekend. I'm looking forward to their wedding next month!

Heather and Scott's wedding

Heather and Scott had a lovely wedding at the University Club in downtown Chicago. I love shooting there! Such fun locations. Heather and Scott had a wonderful group of friends and family who made the day so much fun!

A perfect place for makeup and a beautiful dress!

I headed up toward Milwaukee to photograph the very sweet wedding of Amy and Justin a few weeks back. What a pleasure they were to work with!
