Caroline is one!

She was in quite the serious mood for a while, which I was enjoying.


Her little hair curl was adorable.


Back to the changing table, where I've shot her since she was a newborn!


Mom really wanted to put her in this adorable dress, but she's such a tiny little girl that she was completely swimming in it. Maybe when she's 2 she'll fit into it!

Top Secret Mission! Part 1

A few weeks back I received an email from a few folks asking Neal and I to participate in a Top Secret Mission. After a bit of planning and preparing, this secret mission finally took place over this past weekend. For now I shall reveal some teaser images on what went on that day. Once I get the go-ahead I'll do a complete post. Enjoy!

It's hard to believe almost a year has gone by since I started photographing little Maddie. But here she is, growing so fast!

Colette

I spent an afternoon this week with two fabulous women for a very fun photo shoot. Colette Ellis of InStep Consulting needed a portrait for her page in the upcoming CRAVE NYC book. Kelly of On Call Stylist did a fabulous job with her hair and makeup. Colette had chosen the location, which I loved: Pane & Vino in Brooklyn. They had the best chairs!









I really wanted to take this chair in particular home with me.

Ella

Little Ella at 4 months old! My dear friends Karen and Bryan live in Kentucky and I was happy to finally meet their little girl!

Sophia and Lydia

Sweet Sophia and Lydia are full of energy and so much fun to photograph! These two girls are the children of my dear friend Heather and her husband Michael. I spent a couple fun days with them in Kentucky.

I was getting dizzy just watching Sophia as she spun around as fast as possible.


I can now add fencing with sticks while photographing to my résumé


The girls decided their beaded necklace would look lovely on the kitty. I agree.
