I was inspired by the beautiful light streaming through my living room window yesterday. It hit the tomato plants that my roommate is growing, making some of the leaves seem to glow. A peek into the indoor garden...

Louisville
Easter weekend was spent in Louisville with my college roommate Heather, her husband Michael, and daughter Sophia. What a beautiful weekend! I had so much fun photographing little Sophia Grace and her parents.
Have a look at the cute album I created for the family.

Best shirt slogan ever!
Ladies and gentlemen, the Easter Bunny has arrived.

Washington DC excursion
I took a rare spare weekend and flew down to DC to visit one of my oldest friends, Jen, her husband Nik, my cousin Tara, and her husband Jeffrey. It was the first weekend of the Cherry Blossom Festival, though it had been too cold to for the blossoms to be blooming at this point. We still had a great time exploring the city, eating great meals, and playing with Jen and Nik's fabulous kitties.

I love photographing cathedrals, and the National Cathedral was no exception
Karen and Bryan's wedding album
As a fellow swing dancer, Karen and I have known each other about four years. It was so exciting to photograph her wedding; she and Bryan had a very sweet ceremony in Peoria earlier this year. What a glowing bride she was; so cute!
