Francesca and Dave's wedding

Francesca and Dave had a beautiful wedding in Evanston! They had a wonderful gathering of family and friends, many traveling from Australia (Dave's homeland). We started at the Music Institute of Chicago for the ceremony, then headed down the street to SPACE for the reception.

I loved this blue wall in Francesca's room!

Francesca with her maid of honor

Dave with his best man. No shortage of laughter with this group!

Francesca was escorted down the aisle by her two sisters

Everyone was happy to see her!

There was so much joy at the ceremony; it was beautiful!

Married!

Dinner time! This cracked me up.

Dave's dad had brought a lovely wig simulating Dave's hair which was passed around throughout the reception.

The beautiful couple addressing their guests

This made me smile :)

Happy to be dancing with the bride!

Andrea

Andrea's High School senior session! We lucked out with a beautiful (though a tad chilly) day!

With access to an awesome bathroom like this, how could I not shoot here?

Into the tub she goes!

Yummy orange wall

Feel the sunshine!

Jumping is fun :)

I love the classic feel of this one

We had to include Andrea's little guinea pig in a few photos

Cute!

One of my favorites... so beautiful!

Carrie's maternity session

I spent a great morning with Carrie, documenting her at 7 months. Thanks Carrie! Looking forward to meeting the new little one!

So cute!

I had her stand on top of a speaker to get this one :)

Had to get her husband Rick involved too!

Brian

I toured around Humboldt Park with Brian on a sunny (though not always warm) afternoon in search of intriguing backgrounds.

He had his trumpet out for a few shots (you may remember Brian from an earlier post about his band, Doppler Shift)

Some of my favorites: a playground!

I love that my subjects are willing to do things (mostly) without question
