Graveyard
After Janna's recital at Syracuse, we took a family stroll to a nearby graveyard where dad used to hang out when he was at school here. I was in a lensbaby mood, so that's the only lens I brought.
Camera shoot-off!
Janna had decorated her hair

Light Painting
I had some willing subjects who allowed me to practice light painting on them. It strays quite a bit from my usual fast-paced style of portraiture, but is something I'm enjoying pursuing.

David and Emily
David and Emily were so cute and fun to work with.
I was having fun with walls for this session.
This one makes me smile :)

Houlton goes to NYC: slideshow
The final slideshow from the adventures in NYC with Houlton High School is complete! I spent an amazing three days with my sister and 130 music students. Click here to watch the slideshow. Warning! It's 15 minutes long, so it takes a while to load. Please be patient.
For the parents and students, there are now order forms available to purchase this slideshow on DVD and the group photo taken at the Statue of Liberty. Visit the music home page for info.
Also, the whole batch of photos taken throughout the weekend are available for purchase here.

Janna
Over a month ago I traveled to Syracuse to cheer on my sister Janna as she completed her graduation requirement, her Senior Recital on bassoon. I figured she needed a few portraits in her recital dress (which she made herself).
And then a few not in her recital dress.
