I was so excited to come home to a present from UPS: my new canvas gallery wraps! I wanted to showcase more of my animal images, and I just love the look of these gallery wraps. These four are each 16" square, and they fit perfectly on my bathroom wall! One of my favorite things about these gallery wraps is that they come ready to hang; no framing necessary!

Carrie and Matt's wedding
I helped out Tampa Bay photographer Carrie Platt for Carrie and Matt's fabulous and fun wedding at Hotel Allegro in downtown Chicago. It was a pleasure working with you, Carrie!
Matt's reaction to seeing his beautiful bride for the first time
She was equally happy to see him!
Our brief jaunt outside under the hotel's awning, as it was pouring that day
The signing of the Ketubah was full of joy and laughter, especially when Matt accidentally signed on the Bride's line!
Clearly, Carrie wasn't all too concerned.
Grandma greeting guests
They made their grand entrance and were thrilled to see everybody
mmm... cake
Their first dance was very sweet
A great party was guaranteed with Maggie Speaks as their band
Don't worry, no one got hurt during the Hora

Ali and Scott's wedding
I helped out my friend Ana Miyares for a downtown Chicago wedding a while back.
Hanging out with the guys in the alley
A cute little array of frogs at Scott and Ali's house
Scott and Ali's first look
Ali and her sister had a great time together the whole day
The wedding party was lots of fun!
Ali and Scott had a bagpiper lead them out of the ceremony, which brought many guests to tears
One of the best cakes I've ever seen! Ali surprised her groom with this.

Ana and son
A while back my friend and fellow photographer Ana Miyares asked me to shoot her and her little son. It's such an honor to be asked by another photographer to shoot their family, so I was thrilled! She told me she has no photos of her and her mother when she was a baby, and wanted to make sure that didn't happen with her son.

Greg
Impromptu photo session! I shot my friend Greg at his house recently.
I had him sitting on a stool in his bathtub for this one. You never know where you're going to find nice light.
