Sinna and others

Mom is in the process of training Sinna, who is now old enough to be ridden (4 years), so she took her out for a quick ride in the backyard for photos.



Sinna was doing well and mom didn't need the whip, so Neal was kind enough to hold it... and pose with it.








I loved the light coming through the mini-horse's mane, plus the random chicken walking through the scene.

Family chickens

The final series of the DeWan family pets.... the chickens! The chickens are kept for their eggs only; we don't eat our pets.

This one stays still quite well for portraits.


This one, not so much. I was chasing it around the front yard for a while.
